*Items purchased on sale, marked as discounted final sale, or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prescription Order Return & Exchange Policy
- All prescription orders are eligible for a home try-on prior to your prescription lenses being fulfilled. If you choose to forgo this opportunity, your purchase will be ineligible for return
- We cannot honor full returns for prescription purchases. Each lens is custom-made to your specific prescription, making them one of a kind and non-returnable. If you made a mistake when entering your prescription information, you can return your frames for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping costs).
- Exchanges for prescription lenses will only be honored if the lenses are deemed defective or if the incorrect prescription was fulfilled by our lens lab. In such cases, www.cocoandbreezy.com will replace your lenses at no cost to you.
- Exchanges and returns for frames only are allowed within 30 days of the original order delivery date, but this applies only to orders where the “Try-On” option was selected.
- All prescription orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once fulfilled. However, prescription orders are covered under our extended warranty if the frames themselves are defective. Please note: The warranty applies only to the frame, not to the prescription lenses.
30-Day General Return & Exchange Policy
- Items purchased using a discount code or promotion (except for Black Friday and Cyber Monday) can still be returned for exchange or refund, provided they are not marked as final sale.
- Full-priced items purchased from www.cocoandbreezy.com may be returned for exchange or refund.
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original retailer and cannot be processed by Coco and Breezy Eyewear.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, accompanied by all original protective materials and accessories (e.g., temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets).
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
- Items shipped more than 30 days after delivery will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items purchased on sale, marked as discounted final sale, or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.
- Scratched lenses (considered normal wear).
- Returned items with non-stock lenses (e.g., prescription lenses, custom-tinted lenses) will incur a $35 lens replacement fee, deducted from the refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Request
- Respond to your order confirmation email with “Return” in the subject line. Include your order number and reason for return in the email body.
- Submit a request through our return portal on www.cocoandbreezy.com.
- Chat with a live representative via our website.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
- You will receive a return shipping label and RMA# after your request is approved.
- Pack all items securely in their original outer shipping carton using the provided packing protection. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy carton and suitable packing materials.
- Include a photocopy of the original packing slip, clearly writing the RMA# at the top.
- Keep a record of your return shipping tracking number.
- Use the provided shipping label. Returns sent without a valid RMA# or packing slip will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Coco and Breezy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
