Return Policy

7-Day General Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items purchased using a discount code or part of a promotional sale can not be returned for a refund. An exchange can be provided if they are not marked as final sale.
  • Full-priced items purchased from www.cocoandbreezy.com may be returned for exchange or refund.
  • Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original retailer and cannot be processed by Coco and Breezy Eyewear.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, accompanied by all original protective materials and accessories (e.g., temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets).
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
  • Items returned will be returned at your (the customer's) expense.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased during a promotional sale, marked as discounted final sale, or any holiday sale— Ā ex. Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.
  • Scratched lenses or acetate (considered normal wear).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Please wait for a response for return authorization. - DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING THAT HAS NOT BE AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

  • Pack all items securely in their original outer shipping carton using the provided packing protection. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy carton and suitable packing materials.
  • Include a photocopy of the original packing slip.Ā 
  • Keep a record of your return shipping tracking number.

  • Once your return is authorized you will receive an address to which you should ship your return. We DO NOT provide return labels.

Prescription Order Return & Exchange Policy

  • All prescription orders are eligible for a home try-on prior to your prescription lenses being fulfilled. If you choose to forgo this opportunity, your purchase will be ineligible for return
  • Exchanges for prescription lenses will only be honored if the lenses are deemed defective or if the incorrect prescription was fulfilled by our lens lab.Ā 
  • Exchanges and returns for frames only are allowed within 7 days of the original order delivery date.
  • All prescription orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once fulfilled. However, prescription orders are covered under our extended warranty if the frames themselves are defective. Please note: The warranty applies only to the frame, not to the prescription lenses.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Coco and Breezy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
