Return Policy

Prescription Order Return & Exchange Policy

All prescription orders will be eligible for home try-on prior to your prescription lenses being fulfilled. If you decide to forgo this opportunity, your purchase will be ineligible for a future return.

We are unable to honor full returns for prescription purchases. Each lens is cut and made to your specific prescription and are therefore one of a kind and unable to be returned. If a mistake was made when entering your prescription information during your order you can return your frames for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping).

Exchanges will only be honored for prescriptions lenses themselves if they are deemed to be defective or the incorrect prescription as fulfilled by our lens lab. If this is the case, will replace your lenses only at no cost to you. 

Exchanges and Returns will be honored for your frame(s) only, within (30) thirty days of your original order delivery date for the "Try-on" Option only. All prescription orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Prescription orders are also covered under our extended warranty if frames are defective (Please note: Our warranty is only extended to the frame itself and not your prescription lenses)


30-Day Return Policy

  • You may return items purchased from for exchange or refund. Only items purchased from can be returned to us, and cannot be returned to any other retailer. Items purchased at a retailer must be returned to that retailer.
  • All returns must be shipped to in like-new, sellable condition within thirty (30) days of their delivery date as recorded by the shipping method. Items shipped to more than thirty (30) days past their recorded shipment delivery date will be returned to the sender at their own cost.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment that was used to purchase the item(s) being returned.
  • Returned items with non-stock lenses (e.g., no lens, prescription lenses, custom tinted, etc.) will incur a $35.00 lens replacement fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
  • Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. You assume full responsibility for your use of your purchase. Please see our return and warranty claim procedures below.
  • You may initiate a return by either (1) responding to the confirmation email that you received after placing your order, adding the word “Return” at the beginning of your subject line. Please be sure to add the reason for the return in the body of your response and your Order #.  Instructions will be sent to you along with a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA#”) and shipping label, (2) Submit a request through our return portal, or (3) Visit us at and chat with one of our live representatives regarding your return.
  • All returns must be sent via the provided shipping label and no return will be accepted without a valid packing slip and given (“RMA#”) clearly written on the packing slip.
  • All items must be packed securely and returned in like new, sellable condition accompanied by all protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to, temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets.
  • All returns must be packed securely and should be shipped in their original outer shipping carton using the original packing protection. If the original outer shipping carton and packing protection are not available, then you may substitute a strong outer shipping carton and foam packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.
  • Please include a photocopy of the packing slip that accompanied your shipment, clearly write your CB RMA# at the top and keep a record of your shipping tracking number.
  • Coco and Breezy expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with Coco and Breezy Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through All non-conforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
