All prescription orders will be eligible for home try-on prior to your prescription lenses being fulfilled. If you decide to forgo this opportunity, your purchase will be ineligible for a future return.
We are unable to honor full returns for prescription purchases. Each lens is cut and made to your specific prescription and are therefore one of a kind and unable to be returned. If a mistake was made when entering your prescription information during your order you can return your frames for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping).
Exchanges will only be honored for prescriptions lenses themselves if they are deemed to be defective or the incorrect prescription as fulfilled by our lens lab. If this is the case, www.cocoandbreezy.com will replace your lenses only at no cost to you.
Exchanges and Returns will be honored for your frame(s) only, within (30) thirty days of your original order delivery date for the "Try-on" Option only. All prescription orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Prescription orders are also covered under our extended warranty if frames are defective (Please note: Our warranty is only extended to the frame itself and not your prescription lenses)
